Who we are

StockPredict is operated by Rijswijk Interactive B.V. (KvK 99079356, VAT NL868784990B01), Huntum 23 C, 1102JB Amsterdam, The Netherlands. For any privacy question, contact us at support@stockpredict.it.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, a hashed password (we never store your password itself), and an optional display name.
• Portfolio data — the tickers, quantities, buy prices, and margin figures you enter. These are encrypted at rest with a key unique to your account, so this data isn't readable directly from the database, including by us.
• Billing status — your subscription status and PayPal subscription ID. Your actual payment details (card/bank info) are handled entirely by PayPal and never touch our servers.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention, and a session cookie to keep you logged in.

Third parties we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run StockPredict. Here's exactly what each one receives:

• Yahoo Finance, Finviz, Massive — receive only the stock ticker symbols needed to fetch live prices and market data. No account or personal information is sent.
• Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) — power the optional AI analysis features. They receive ticker symbols, company names, public market data, and any custom group names you've created — never your account identity, quantities, or buy prices.
• PayPal — processes subscription payments and receives whatever billing information you provide it directly.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (email verification, password reset) and receives your email address for that purpose only.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics platforms, or sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and an optional "remember me" cookie if you choose that option at login. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (or ask us to), your holdings, groups, and personal data are permanently deleted, including from our encrypted storage.

International transfers

Some of the providers above (Anthropic, Google, PayPal, Yahoo) are based outside the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
