By creating an account or using StockPredict, you agree to these Terms of Service. StockPredict is operated by Rijswijk Interactive B.V. (KvK 99079356), Huntum 23 C, 1102JB Amsterdam, The Netherlands. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
StockPredict lets you track a stock portfolio, view market data, and optionally use AI-assisted analysis features. It's an educational tool — see our Disclaimer for what that means. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old to use StockPredict.
The free tier is limited to a fixed number of holdings. StockPredict Plus is a paid subscription billed via PayPal on a recurring basis, which may include a one-time free trial. You can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The StockPredict name, branding, and underlying software are our property. The portfolio data you enter remains yours — we don't claim ownership of it, and you can delete it at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. See our full Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Rijswijk Interactive B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses resulting from investment decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Dutch or EU consumer-protection law.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
